Do you ever wonder, when you look up at the sky at night, what it would be like to dance under a ballroom of stars, while being seduced by the light of the moon? Darkness is not to be feared. For without darkness, there would be no light. This painting is my representation of the universal night sky. The first layer is a luxurious gold paint, followed by further application of gold, black, blue and white gouache. Texture adds a different dimension and tactile interest.
